Terms of use

TengiFlow is an online task management tool for teams, with artificial intelligence features. The service is provided over the internet, and the features available depend on your plan. TengiFlow is in beta: features, limits and availability may change and may have bugs. We’ll let you know before meaningful changes.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Your sign-up information must be accurate, and you are responsible for keeping your password secret.
• Whoever creates a workspace is responsible for the people they invite and what they do in it.

• During the beta the service is free, with no credit card, and has limited spots and usage limits per workspace shown in the app.
• Before any charge, we’ll email you at least 30 days in advance. Nothing will be charged unless you choose a paid plan.
• Details in billing and cancellation.
• Founder pricing. List prices are: Pro, US$39 per month (R$159 when billed in Brazilian reais); Business, US$99 per month (R$399 in reais). They may change. Workspaces created during the beta that subscribe to a paid plan within 60 days after billing starts pay founder pricing: Pro, US$19 per month (R$79 in reais); Business, US$49 per month (R$199 in reais). It applies for as long as the subscription stays active, even if list prices go up. If the workspace switches plans without cancelling the subscription, it pays the new plan’s founder price. Founder pricing is lost if the subscription is cancelled, either by you or automatically after payment retries run out. A failed payment that is settled during those retries does not lose it.

What you and your team put into TengiFlow remains yours. You authorize us to store, process and display that content only as needed to provide the service, including sending it to the providers of the AI features you use, as described in the privacy policy.

AI-generated answers may contain mistakes. Review them before acting on them or sending them to anyone. Suggestions such as checklists, priority and due dates only go into a task when someone accepts them.

You may not use TengiFlow to:

• carry out illegal activities or share content that infringes others’ rights;
• try to access other workspaces’ data or get around limits and access controls;
• deliberately overload the service, or resell access without authorization.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, giving notice beforehand whenever possible.

We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

You can delete your account at any time in your account settings. If you own a workspace with other members, transfer ownership first. When you delete it, the workspaces only you use are deleted; what you created in someone else’s workspace stays there, no longer linked to you. We keep what the law requires us to keep. Details in the privacy policy.

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we’ll let you know by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
